FAD is a multipurpose degreaser and sanitiser, suitable for a wide variety of tasks. It quickly removes fats, grease and grime from hard surfaces, allowing you to effectively clean and sanities with one food-safe product. FAD saves you valuable service time, simply spray, wipe and rinse.
FAD has been independently tested and proven to kill Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterococcus Hirae, Escherichia Coli and Staphylococcus aureus (inc MRSA). Environmental Health Officers require that FBOs provide evidence surface sanitising products used in kitchens conform to BSEN1276 or BSEN13697. FAD passes both tests with flying colours even at 40:1 or 50:1 dilution.
Thanks to FAD’s advanced formulation, it quickly and easily removes fats, grease and grime in a wide variety of settings. It is ideal for use in commercial kitchens, food preparation facilities, pubs, restaurants and butchers.
FAD unique ability to clean and disinfect surfaces with a single product makes it the perfect product for hospitality and catering environments. This means users can buy and store one product instead of two or three, saving time, money and valuable storage space.
Ideal for use on work surfaces, floors and walls, including tiled, laminate and stainless-steel surfaces. FAD can be used for a huge variety of applications, perfect for kitchens, front of house, living areas and communal areas.
FAD benefits from almost no odour, making it perfect for use in enclosed environments like kitchens or areas of high traffic such as front of house in a restaurant, even during busy service times.
Thanks to its two-in-one ability to clean and sanitise surfaces, FAD is extremely economical to use, halves the time it takes to clean a table or work surface and saving important time during busy service periods. Simply spray, wipe and rinse.
Dwell time is more relevant to FAD’s degreasing function than its biocidal function. FAD passes BS EN 1276 at 10:1 dilution with 30 second dwell time and for soaking chopping boards etc it passes at 50:1 with 5 minutes’ dwell time.
Don’t forget the FSA require that surfaces are cleaned before they are disinfected – so clean first with FAD then disinfect the soil-free surface as a second stage.
